Dina Rose, author of “It’s Not About the Broccoli” will be presenting “Avoid the Pizza-Pasta-Nugget-and-Hot Dog Diet with 3 Simple Habits” at the Riverdale Jewish Center on Tuesday July 21st at 7:30 pm.
She will discuss how to transform children’s eating using three habits, how to shape family interactions so they promote healthy eating, how to identify how parenting styles influence children’s eating habits, and how to resolve control issues peacefully and productively.
